Production Line
As a professional manufacturer of expanded PTFE (e-PTFE) functional membranes and finished protective components, we operate a fully integrated production chain covering base film manufacturing, lamination, precision die-cutting, injection molding and final assembly. Our production base is equipped with Class 10,000 clean workshops, high-precision e-PTFE stretching lines, automatic lamination equipment, CNC die-cutting machines and standard injection molding lines, enabling end-to-end production from raw PTFE resin to finished breathable and acoustic components.
Our product portfolio covers pure e-PTFE waterproof breathable films, non-woven/ fabric/ mesh laminated composite membranes, adhesive-backed and weldable breathable die-cuts, acoustic transmission membranes for consumer electronics, PE foam and aluminum foil induction breathable gaskets, HDPE vent plugs, and automotive breathable valves & caps, fully catering to automotive electronics, portable devices, chemical packaging and home appliance sectors.
We implement a strict full-process quality management system in line with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing on air permeability, waterproof rating, temperature resistance, acoustic loss and chemical tolerance, from incoming raw material inspection to finished product outgoing verification. With both large-scale mass production lines and flexible small-batch production capacity, we ensure stable delivery, consistent product performance and reliable quality for global clients.
OEM/ODM Capability
We provide comprehensive OEM and ODM solutions tailored to diverse application requirements of global clients, covering standard product branding, custom specification manufacturing and full-cycle co-development from concept to mass production. For OEM cooperation, we strictly follow clients’ drawings, material specifications and performance requirements to produce finished components, and support customized packaging, labeling and quality inspection standards to fully align with clients’ brand systems and supply chain rules.
For ODM projects, our engineering team works closely with clients based on their specific application scenarios — including automotive sensors, smart wearables, chemical packaging containers and small home appliances — to deliver customized solutions. We customize e-PTFE membrane pore size, thickness, lamination structure, installation form (adhesive, welding, snap-fit, threaded) and overall dimensions, and provide one-stop services including structural design, prototype sampling, reliability verification, pilot production and full-scale mass production.
All custom products comply with RoHS 2.0, REACH and IP67/IP68 international standards. We sign strict confidentiality agreements to protect clients’ design intellectual property, and maintain a fast-response project mechanism to shorten development cycles, helping clients bring differentiated, high-performance products to market efficiently.
R&D Capacity
Our in-house R&D center focuses on e-PTFE functional material innovation and application technology development, staffed by a team of senior engineers specializing in polymer materials, acoustic engineering, industrial packaging and automotive electronics. Centering on the core technology of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene, our core research directions include precision control of microporous structure, modification of composite membranes, optimization of acoustic transmission performance, chemical corrosion resistance formula and high-durability process for extreme working conditions.
Equipped with a professional material testing laboratory, we have precision testing equipment such as air permeability testers, IP rating test systems, high and low temperature aging chambers, acoustic loss analyzers and chemical corrosion test platforms, supporting full-parameter performance verification and reliability testing of materials and finished products.
We continue to invest in technological iteration, hold a number of core patents in e-PTFE processing and application, and closely track cutting-edge industry demands such as new energy vehicle battery packs, AR/VR wearable devices and high-end hazardous chemical packaging. We also support joint R&D with clients to tackle application-specific technical challenges, and continuously launch high-performance, cost-effective material solutions to help clients achieve product upgrading and competitive advantage.
